Design Engineering Services

When the client's requirements are for design phase services, we are able to respond and produce the full complement of design services from conceptual sketches through detailed installation drawings. Based on our application of engineering principals we create design documents, drawings and specifications, for permit, pricing/bid and construction. We also offer other specialized aspects of our design services for particular requirements which might include examples such as the preparation of documents for construction phasing sequences, alternative pricing/value engineering, or other particular considerations.

Construction phase, 'follow-on', services provided include construction review to monitor installation for conformance to the design documents, scheduling, shop drawing and submittals review, owner representation at acceptance testing, testing and commissioning, and other similar field service activities.
